Office and delivery hours

Monday to Saturday, 9am-5pm. Next-day delivery is required by 2pm the day prior. We are closed on Sunday.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to Gold Coast suburbs only. We do not deliver to Northern NSW, Brisbane or the Sunshine Coast. Any orders that require refunding due to incorrect address delivery will incur a $5 re-stock/admin surcharge.

When will my box of sweetness arrive?

We cannot schedule an exact arrival time for your Sugar Gathered Box as this depends on the courier’s manifest for the day. We do guarantee delivery between 9am - 5pm.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery of donut boxes is a flat rate of $15 for Gold Coast suburbs only.

Wedding, corporate or other custom event orders may be charged extra depending on delivery location and drop off/pick up requirements.

How far in advance do I need to order my box?

For next-day delivery, your order must be placed by 2pm the day prior to delivery.

For Monday deliveries, orders must be placed by Saturday 6pm.

Does someone need to be home to receive the order?

Yes please! If you are ordering as a gift or a surprise, it is your responsibility to ensure there will be someone on the receiving end.

We will only leave the delivery unattended with permission from the purchaser. But we cannot be held liable for any missing or damaged goods in this case. Alternatively, a redirect fee may be charged if needed to deliver to an alternate location.

Can I customise my Sugar Gathered box?

Of course! Here at Sugar Gathered, we work very hard to supply a large range of options to make choosing fun; however, if you are after something a little different in your gift please send us an email and we can discuss ways of making your box perfect! Please note, additional fees may apply.

What happens if I need to cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the delivery date. All money will be refunded less a cancellation and administration fee of 50% of box price, per order.

What if I have dogs on the property?

Due to the safety and well-being of our staff, we can not deliver to locations that have any dogs or other animals unrestrained. If this is the case, our delivery staff are not obliged to enter the premises and may require you/receiving person to come out to the car to receive the order.
